Other Ingredients: Hydroxpropyl Cellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Soy Polysaccharides and Magnesium Stearate. As a dietary supplement, take one tablet in the evening. Start out with one tablet in the evening on an empty stomach. When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet. Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops. Decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own. Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. This product contains Cascara Sagrada. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
